Quality indicators
SAT, not having yet signed the Additional Act to the Single Agreement according to the new ART model, applies the Quality indicators established by Resolution 102/2009 of the MIT.
The monitoring of indicators is continuous and the results of the measurements, annually compiled, are communicated to the Ministry and made known to users through publication in the Service Charter and on the Company website.
